With the public enterprise, ALOKABIDE, we carried out an innovative and unique process. We prepared teams and leadership to create more agile and effective processes, between the different departments, and with the customer at the centre. All based on their organisational leadership keys.

We created the “Hacerlo bien y a la primera” [Do it well at the first try] Refocusing Project. As TIER1 of the automobile market, we developed well-prepared and self-managed teams that will generate high performance level processes. In order to be more efficient with demanding customers such as Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen, BMW Group, PSA, among others.

We helped HETTICH IBERIA to position themselves as the market leaders in Spain.

We developed the “Llevamos la estrella dentro” [We wear the star on the inside] Project, to help Mercedes-Benz Spain dealers become leaders in satisfaction and profitability of the brand retail, and a benchmark in Own Retail of Mercedes-Benz in Europe.

We helped Vivanco relaunch their Experiences product, both in their excellent winery and in their wine culture museum, the only one of its kind in the world. We redesigned customer experience, fostering this asset and brand value.

Lortek aims to be acknowledged worldwide for its excellence in research and transfer capacity in the field of smart manufacturing, and for being a benchmark in jointing technologies and additive manufacturing.

We worked with AMPO to provide their teams with autonomy, responsibility, and leadership, in order to achieve a top-quality product, foster people’s creativity, and make them the main players of a permanently innovative project.

We created the “Lo mejor o nada” [The best or nothing] Project, to promote the cultural assimilation of the Mercedes-Benz brand in Spain; more specifically, at their Vitoria plant (5000 people), at their headquarters in Madrid, at their Spain & Portugal spare parts headquarters (+500 people), at Madrid Mercedes-Benz Retail (717 people), and at Mercedes-Benz Financial Services (130 people).
